To avoid any misunderstandings or refund concerns, we strongly encourage all customers to reserve a puppy before making the full purchase. This helps ensure you're confident and ready for your new furry friend before completing the process.

If you have trouble in choosing the right puppy for your home based on image appearance, we would strongly recommend you to reserve her by paying the reservation fees and having access to visit them on our main site within 48 hours. In that way, we ensure you bought a right one for you.
