When you create an account, you are automatically subscribed to our newsletter, where you receive notifications about new pets added to our website, track your cart, and occasionally receive exclusive discounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Use of the Service
You may use Kigali Puppies only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Engage in activities that disrupt or harm our services, such as attempting unauthorized access to our systems.
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights while using our services.
Payments
All purchases made through Kigali Puppies are subject to availability and acceptance of your order. Prices are displayed in [RWF] and may be subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay Booking amount, including any applicable taxes or reservation fees.
Puppy Booking Service
To ensure our clients have the opportunity to see their puppy before making a full payment, we offer a Puppy Book service. By paying a reservation fee of 20,000 RWF, you can reserve your puppy for up to 48 hours, giving you time to visit and meet them in person at our main site. During this period, the reserved puppy will not be available for sale to other clients. For the client, it's important to understand the following terms:
- If the 48-hour window passes without a visit, the reservation fee is non-refundable and the puppy will be made available for others to purchase again.
- If you visit and decide not to move forward with the reserved puppy, the reservation fee remains non-refundable.
- If you choose to proceed with your reservation after the visit, the reservation fee will be applied toward the final purchase price and the remaining fee will be paid on momo code: 1723127.
This service is designed to give you peace of mind and a fair opportunity to meet your puppy before making a full payment.
Data Collection and Privacy
We value your privacy. When you use Kigali Puppies, we may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and payment information to process your orders and improve our services. By reading this, you agree that your contact information will used in the following:
- Your data will be used to create an account for you on our platform.
- We will use your contact information to notify you about the status of your order.
- If you are subscribed to our newsletter, you will receive updates about new discounts and special offers.
Third-Party Services
Kigali Puppies uses third-party services, such as payment gateways or shipping providers, to fulfill your orders. By using our platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party services, as applicable.
